Archived Web Forums: Preserving Online Communities
Archived web forums are saved copies of online discussion boards that would otherwise vanish when a website closes or changes. This guide explains what these archives contain, why they matter, how they are preserved, and how to find and use them. It also covers what usually gets lost and how anyone can help save online conversations.
